The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guests are Nitsan Joy Gordon and Ann Bradney. Gordon is founder of Together Beyond Words, an Israeli non-profit seeking a just and peaceful society using verbal and non-verbal interventions. Bradney is founder of the Radical Aliveness Institute and model, which has, for 30 years, been working with and training passionate, curious, somatic healers and leaders at all levels of the human experience: the body, emotions, expression, movement, sensations, thoughts, beliefs, spirit, culture, and systems. The Matrix of Peace Show: TERROR, VIOLENCE & IMPLUSE TO DESTROY-PART 1.
The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guest is Nilima Bhat. Author and integral yogini Nilima Bhat gives us an Integral Yoga and depth psychology perspective to understand our inner nature and the origin of the psychology of violence and terror. We enquire into the separation and synthesis of psychic opposites in alchemy through which our nature transforms into something higher, purer, and more fully divine. We learn about Integral Yoga, the work of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, Shakti and Shiva as entities and Shakti Leadership as a path and practice to psychological wholeness and inner peace. In Part 2 we connect this learning to how the Matrix of Peace serves as the soil for the seed of inner peace and psychological wholeness in each of us.
The Matrix of Peace Show: TERROR, VIOLENCE & IMPLUSE TO DESTROY-PART 2.
The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guest is Nilima Bhat. In part 1 we learned that the long term solution to the psychology of violence is to transform our four drives into our four power bases. In this part 2, we learn how to find peace in the moments we navigate the four drives—eros, thanatos, logos, mythos—by learning from Nilima how to leverage our four power bases of the ‘wise, fool, [of] tough, love.’ We do this by using the polarity thinking work created by Barry Johnson. We also learn how the ‘wise fool of tough love’ steps into the role of the seeds of peace nurtured by the Matrix of Peace Whole Systems Model of Society’s role serving as the soil of peace. We learn specific practices to cultivate presence and gain a basic understanding of the principles of the Matrix of Peace model. We leave with an understanding of the root causes and solutions to addressing Terror, Violence & the Impulse to Destroy. We foster Global Peace Through Inner Peace.
The Matrix of Peace Show: AVERTING ANOTHER JANUARY 6 CATASTROPHE.
The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guest is Joan Blades. We learn about the ‘Trust in Elections Initiative’ from Joan Blades—successful political activist and co-founder and past leader of moveon.org, a public policy group and political action committee. Predicting that the results of the 2024 US election are going to be questioned, Blades and her team at LivingRoomConversations.org offer a scalable structured conversation tool that can begin to achieve some key outcomes: (1) Acquiring skills and confidence in each other and our election practices ahead of November and walk away with increased trust for tackling other critical issues; (2) countering the false narrative of division that ‘conflict profiteers’ are spreading, Phyllis Blees shows us how these activities form core consciousness practices are necessary to move people from conflict into the intersections of justice, prosperity, sustainability, and societal peace in a Matrix of Peace Whole Systems Model of Society view of America.
The Matrix of Peace Show: APPLIED CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP PRACTICES.
The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guest is Iris Sadeh Rosler. Organizational consultant Iris Sadeh Rosler introduces practical, hands-on practices of conscious leadership. We learn how she works with corporate, government, and civil society leaders to develop a ‘resilience toolkit’ – a set of practices drawn from our own life experiences to re-establish equilibrium under the most stressful, even violent, conditions. We focus in particular on the practices of resilience, deep listening, and empathy with the senses: touch, smell, hearing, taste, sight, and empathy. Rosler takes us into the field working with Israeli leaders bombarded by conflict as a daily life reality. She draws upon multiple methods such as the BASIC Ph model, True Purpose, Shakti Leadership, Tiara Coaching, and yoga. She includes her proprietary methods of working with nature and animals to transcend our past and emerge into a life of flourishing.

The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guest is Shaku Selvakumar. Shaku Selvakumar, poet, author, and communications leader with multinational and start-up experience (IBM, Shell Oil, and AI tech companies), teaches us how to summon our creativity. She says ʻAll quests ultimately are about healing the heart and the spirit by trusting our intuition, knowledge and experience’.

The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guests are Ann Bradney and Sylvia Marjeyeh. Host Phyllis Blees, CEO of Peace Through Commerce, discusses how to make decisions in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict using the ‘Radical Aliveness’ Way. With Ann Bradney, founder of the Radical Aliveness Institute and program director Sylvia Marjeyeh, an Arab Israeli Palestinian from Jafa of Nazareth, Israel we focus on a group in Israel and Palestine that formed prior to the Hamas invasion of Israel. They use the 5 principles of Radical Aliveness to gain true awareness of what ‘the other’ is feeling to access ‘heart justice.’ This leads to emergent wisdom from the group to inform group-centered decision-making. Phyllis Blees anchors this process within the Matrix of Peace Whole Systems Model of Society. We learn how the Matrix consciousness sphere work drives people into the intersections of justice, prosperity, sustainability, and ecosystem justice using the Radical Aliveness process.

The Matrix of Peace Show: REOPENING THE 9/11 ATTACK “COLD CASE” – USING MATRIX METHODOLOGY TO SOLVE A CRIME.
The host for this show is Phyllis Blees. The guest is Haley Simons. The US Congressional Joint Inquiry into the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001 found “prior to 9/11, the Intelligence Community’s analytic components failed to understand the collective significance of the information in their possession. This failure is attributable to . . . a basic lack of creativity and imagination in evaluating the intelligence that was at hand.”
Haley Simon, founder of CreativeAlberta, and host Phyllis Blees, co-creator of the Matrix of Peace Whole Systems Model of Society, “exhume” this report (a kind of autopsy) using the new technology of the Matrix of Peace framework called the Matrix Methodology and Facilitation Tool. They identify gaps in the analytic components of the Intelligence Community, and gaps between it and the private and civil society sectors of the US society.
